WASHINGTON, July 8 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, vice chair of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following statement after the release of the Congressional Budget Office's report on the Raise the Wage Act, which would gradually raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2024:
