NEW YORK, July 4 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Joint Lead Managers Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Erste Group Bank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank Austria AG on OMV Aktiengesellschaft's Euros1 billion bond issue.
