WILMINGTON, North Carolina, July 4 -- The University of North Carolina Wilmington campus issued the following news release:
Brian Arbogast, professor in the Department of Biology, has been named chair of the American Society of Mammalogists Conservation Committee.
The Conservation Committee is one of the oldest and most active committees in the society, and is responsible for the promotion of conservation and welfare of natural populations of land mammals.
