DANVILLE, Indiana, July 2 -- Rep. James Baird, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:
Congressman Jim Baird (R-IN-04) today donated books from the Library of Congress's Surplus Books Program to the Boys and Girls Club of Clinton County in Frankfort. The Surplus Books Program allows Members of Congress to donate excess books not needed for the Library's own use to eligible organizations in their districts.
