Rep. Lowey Issues Statement on Citizenship Question Exclusion From 2020 Census Questionnaire

WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Rep. Nita Lowey, D-New York, chair of the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following statement after the Justice Department's confirmation that the 2020 Census questionnaire will begin printing without a citizenship question:
