Today, Governor Roy Cooper announces North Carolina boards and commissions appointments.
Gov. Cooper has appointed the following individual to the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board:
* Emmylou Norfleet of Asheville as a licensed acupuncturist. Norfleet has been working as an acupuncturist and herbologist at the Chinese Acupuncture and Herbology . . .
