ALBANY, New York, July 1 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
In May, the Office of the State Comptroller approved 1,872 contracts for state agencies and public authorities valued at $3.9 billion and approved nearly 2.2 million payments worth nearly $14.8 billion.
