PEARL RIVER, New York, June 28 -- Orange and Rockland Utilities issued the following news release:
Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (O&R) has filed an Article 78 lawsuit seeking to overturn a Clarkstown Town Board resolution that has, in effect, blocked O&R's long-term efforts to build a new electric substation in New City.
