WASHINGTON, June 28 -- Rep. Alma S. Adams, D-North Carolina, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's ruling that partisan gerrymandering claims are beyond the reach of the Court:
"The Supreme Court got it wrong. Gerrymandering is undemocratic and undermines the voice of the people.
