WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision in Department of Commerce vs. New York, disallowing a citizenship question on the 2020 Census, while condemning the Court's 5-to-4 ruling in Rucho vs. Common Cause holding that federal courts cannot assess the constitutionality of partisan gerrymanders:
