WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following statement on the reported conditions at Customs and Border Patrol facilities and House passage of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act:
