WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Kay Granger, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following statement after opposing the Democrats' Financial Services and General Government appropriations bill:
The measure passed with a 224-196 final vote - all Republicans present opposed the measure.
