NEW YORK, June 25 -- Cooley, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Cooley advised Trilogy Education, a workforce accelerator that prepares adult learners for high-growth careers in the digital economy, on its $750 million sale to education technology company 2U. Partners Sacha Ross, Bob Sanchez and David Silverman led the Cooley team advising Trilogy Education.
The combination will expand 2U's university portfolio from 36 to 68 partners and deepen relationships . . .
