WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following joint statement with Reps. Jerry Nadler, D-New York, and Peter King, R-New York, sponsors of the Never Forget the Heroes Act (H.R. 1327), after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told a group of 9/11 first responders that he will bring the bill to a vote on the Senate floor.
