TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 25 -- Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody issued the following statement:

Attorney General Ashley Moody today released the following statement on Governor Ron DeSantis signing HB 1253 into law. This new law will allow the Attorney General's Office to access limited information from Florida's Prescription Drug Monitoring Database to be used under protective order in the state's ongoing opioid litigation:
