Following a speech on the House floor urging passage by Congressman Max Rose, the House of Representatives today passed a funding bill which includes language to bring two-way tolling back to the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge--splitting the toll in half to be paid in both directions which studies have shown would decrease congestion without raising costs on commuters.
