BROOKLYN, New York, June 25 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Richard P. Donoghue, issued the following news release:
Earlier today, in federal court in Brooklyn, Emerson Gamory pleaded guilty to two counts of aiding in the preparation of false income tax returns for clients, and one count of filing a false income tax return for himself.
