WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, issued the following statement on the delay of Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids:
"ICE agents should not be criticized for fulfilling their obligation to enforce the rule of law.
"People who have been found guilty of breaking the law should not be afforded safe harbor in American cities.
"The President has worked in good faith to secure the southern border and make necessary reform . . .
