Bayliss Ward, NCARB, AIA, of Bozeman, Montana, was elected treasurer of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) at its 2019 Centennial Annual Business Meeting. Ward has previously served terms as the organization's secretary and director of Region 5.
