NEW YORK, June 21 -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association issued the following news:
Amir Hinton (Philadelphia, Pa) of the Shaw University men's basketball program has signed as an undrafted free agent contract with the New York Knicks Friday, June 21.
The news comes less than 24 hours after the 2019 NBA draft held in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Hinton has been headlining the Division II sports world since he debuted as a Shaw Bears during the 2018-19 season . . .
