Sen. Carper Issues Statement on Draft Greenhouse Gas Emissions Guidance

WASHINGTON, June 21 -- Sen. Tom Carper, D-Delaware, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement slamming proposed guidance released by the Council on Environmental Quality that agencies are not required to consider climate impacts in environmental assessments of federal projects:
