On behalf of Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Karen Dunn Kelley led a U.S. government delegation to witness the historic final investment decision signing between Anadarko Petroleum of Woodlands, Texas, and the Government of Mozambique.
