NEW YORK, June 20 -- Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Rabbit Hole Whiskey turned to Pillsbury to advise it in its sale to Pernod Ricard SA, a wine and spirits producer in Paris.
Pernod Ricard is acquiring the Louisville, Kentucky-based distiller through its U.S. New Brand Ventures division.
Rabbit Hole makes a range of Kentucky spirits and is recognized for its distillery. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.< . . .
