WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, chairwoman of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, issued the following statement after the Environmental Protection Agency announced the final text of the Affordable Clean Energy rule, designed to replace the Obama administration's Clean Power Plan:
