NEW YORK, June 19 -- The Environmental Defense Fund issued the following statement by President Fred Krupp on the Trump administration's Clean Power Plan rollback:
"The Trump administration's final version of its rollback of the Clean Power Plan is every bit as awful for Americans' health and safety as we feared it would be. This so-called Affordable Clean Energy rule fails to protect Americans from the increasing cost of climate change and does nothing to support clean energy. . . .
