WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Jim Langevin, D-Rhode Island, issued the following news release:
Congressman Jim Langevin (D-RI), a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, voted today in favor of H.R. 2740, a $983 billion government funding package which includes the Fiscal Year 2020 Labor, Health and Human Services and Education; Defense; State; and Energy and Water appropriations bills. The funding package passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 226-203.
