WASHINGTON, June 18 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service issued the following statement by Acting Deputy Under Secretary Brandon Lipps in response to the Justice settlement with South Dakota based consultant Julie Osnes and her company regarding allegations of advising states to falsify Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program quality control data:
