ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas, June 18 -- Cowley College issued the following news release:
The new Cowley College Education Center will provide students the opportunity to have a hands-on face-to-face learning experience. The public is invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration for the facility, located at the corner of Second and Chestnut in Arkansas City, from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, August 8.
