SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, June 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Ron Parsons, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced that a Kyle, South Dakota, man convicted of Second Degree Murder following a jury trial in June 2017 was sentenced by Chief Judge Jeffrey L. Viken, U.S. District Court.
Marlin Iron Crow, age 46, was sentenced on June 13, 2019, to 20 years in federal prison, followed by 3 years of supervised . . .
