NYU Langone Health: Smartphone Relaxation App Helps Some Manage Migraine

NEW YORK, June 4 -- NYU Langone Health, an academic medical center affiliated with New York University, issued the following news release:

People who have migraine and who used a smartphone-based relaxation technique at least twice a week experienced, on average, four fewer headache days per month, a new study shows.
