In April, with the semester at full blast, the music never stops at the University of Southern Maine School of Music (SoM). "Transient Canvas," the unique Boston-based electroacoustic bass clarinet and marimba duo, will be on campus Thursday, April 18 for a free master class and evening concert. Mid-month, voice faculty Malinda Haslett will lead students in the Opera Workshop cele . . .
