ALA Publishing eLearning Solutions announces a new iteration of our popular eCourse, Solutions for Challenging Workplace Relationships: Working through Incivility and Conflict with Emotional Intelligence. Dr. Richard Moniz and Jo Henry will serve as the instructors for a 5-week facilitated eCourse starting on Monday, April 8, 2019.
