LARAMIE, Wyoming, Feb. 1 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
The chief operating officer of the University of Wyoming's new Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IIE) is scheduled to speak Monday, Feb. 11, at the Casper Rotary Club's regular weekly meeting.
