FREMONT, Ohio, Nov. 15 -- Terra State Community College issued the following news release:
Zachary Brickner has been named the November Fremont Rotary Student of the Month. Originally, from Grove City, Ohio, Zachary resides in Tiffin and is a Mechanical Engineering student at Terra State Community College. He is also a United States Army veteran.
