BANGOR, Maine, Nov. 6 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Stephen G. Olivo, 58, formerly of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, and most recently of Caribou, Maine pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court to failing to register as a sex offender.
