BANGOR, Maine, Oct. 25 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Diana Davis, a/k/a "Lil C," 30, of Rochester, New York, pled guilty yesterday in U.S. District Court to conspiracy to distribute heroin, fentanyl and cocaine base, commonly known as "crack."
