BANGOR, Maine, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Brent Hercules, a/k/a "Herc," 32, of Rochester, New York, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Senior Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr. to 87 months in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute heroin and cocaine base, commonly known as "crack."
