BANGOR, Maine, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Jeremy Duguay, 35 of Bangor was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge Jon D. Levy to two years of probation with six months of home confinement and 240 hours of community service for conspiring to make and distribute marijuana.
