BANGOR, Maine, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Donald Henderson, 35, of Winthrop, Maine, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court to making false statements to a federal firearms licensee.
