United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Victor Yobany Archila-Rojas, 28, of Guatemala, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to time served (53 days) for entering the United States after having been removed and deported. The defendant pleaded guilty on August 14, 2018.
