A recent inspection report dated June 12, 2018, for the Falls Church Healthcare Center abortion business in Falls Church, Virginia, reveals shocking details of an unreported abortion-related injury, two incomplete abortions, and false entry on two patient charts that wrongly allowed them exemption from the state's abortion waiting period.
