BANGOR, Maine, Sept. 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Kenneth McLay, 46, of Old Town, Maine, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court to distribution and possession of child pornography.
According to court records, the defendant obtained sexually explicit videos of a minor from the internet and uploaded some of these videos to a pornographic web . . .
