DALLAS, Texas, Sept. 7 -- The National Athletic Trainers' Association issued the following news release:
The Senate passed the Sports Medicine Licensure Clarity Act of 2017, which provides legal protections for sports medicine professionals, such as athletic trainers, when traveling outside their primary state to care for student athletes.
