AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 6 -- Texas Public Policy Foundation issued the following news release:
This Saturday, Sept. 8, Vance Ginn, Ph.D., will be recognized as a Champion of Freedom by Grassroots America-We the People, one of the state's leading conservative grassroots organizations. Ginn is the senior economist and director of the Center for Economic Prosperity at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
