GROVE CITY, Pennsylvania, Sept. 7 -- The Grove City College issued the following news release:
Grove City College Chairman of the Board of Trustees David R. Rathburn '79 and President Paul J. McNulty '80 extend congratulations to Dr. Kiron Skinner, a member of the College's Board of Trustees, on her appointment as Director of Policy Planning for the U.S. Department of State.
