HARTFORD, Connecticut, Sept. 6 -- The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture issued the following news release:

At the annual meeting of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) in Hartford, Connecticut next week, top employees of three state departments of agriculture will be honored for their service, communication, and administration to their state.
