WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- The American Health Care Association issued the following statement by Clifton J. Porter II, senior vice president of government relations, commending House Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady, R-Texas, and Subcommittee on Health Chairman Peter Roskam, R-Illinois, for urging the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to streamline consolidated billing for post-acute care providers to improve the Medicare program for seniors.
