MONROE, Louisiana, Sept. 6 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, David C. Joseph, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney David C. Joseph announced that an illegal alien from Colombia was sentenced Wednesday to 36 months in prison for using a stolen birth certificate and Social Security card to obtain identification cards in Monroe.
Jimmy Hurtado, 36, of Colombia, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty on one count . . .
