OCALA, Florida, Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Maria Chapa Lopez, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announces that Lateasha Monique Perry (34, Ocala) today pleaded guilty to three counts of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) fraud and two counts of theft of government funds. Perry faces a maximum penalty of 5 years in federal prison on each of the fraud charges and up to 10 years' imprisonment . . .
