EBENSBURG, Pennsylvania, Aug. 14 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following statement by State Rep. Frank Burns, D-Cambria/Somerset, in response to state Attorney General Josh Shapiro's statewide grand jury report on child sexual abuse and related cover-ups in six Roman Catholic Church dioceses:
